Shape-shift your summer in Kirikiriroa Hamilton. With twenty-three temporary out-door sculpture, Hamilton Central will be transformed into an Artscape for everyone to enjoy.

Help us bring the Boon Sculpture Trail event to life. Full training will be provided, and we'll have goody bags for each volunteer, so please express your interest in becoming a Sculpture Trail Location Kaitiaki (Guardian). You'll be responsible for:

  • Handing out maps

  • Encourage the general public to take part in the trail 

  • Keeping the sites safe and tidy for the general public

Sculpture Trail Volunteer Registration

We are looking for volunteers to help every day throughout the festival, with a 

particular focus on Thursday–Sunday every week, with shifts being 10am–2pm.

We also need Tour Assistants to help our Tour Guides, by keeping participants from straggling. Tour Assistants do not need to speak the language — tours are available in English, Te Reo Māori, NZ Sign Language, Mandarin, Spanish and Arabic — but it would be advantageous, so you can enjoy the tour too!
